Our official Black Friday event ends on Tuesday 29th November at 7.59am (GMT), or while stocks last. 

HOW LONG WILL MY BLACK FRIDAY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?

FREE UK Standard delivery on orders below £75, delivered in 3-5 working days.  

FREE UK Express delivery on orders over £75, delivered in 2-4 working days.  

FREE US Standard delivery in 4-6 working days.  

Free EU Standard delivery in 7-10 working days.

Free EU Express delivery in 4-6 working days.

Free International Standard delivery in 7-10 working days.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WAS MY ORDER SUCCESSFUL?

Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

If you reached the final checkout page confirming your order, please rest assured your order was successful.

Your next email from us will be confirming your order has been despatched.

WHY HAS MY ORDER NOT BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?

Our warehouse team is working hard to have your orders packed and sent out on time however the volume of orders we receive over Black Friday means that some orders may be sent out more slowly than usual.

(If you still haven’t received an email confirming your order has been despatched after the despatch time frame, please contact us.)  

IS AN OUT OF STOCK PRODUCT COMING BACK?

The quickest way to find out if an out of stock item is coming back is by using the ‘Email Me’ field on the product page to sign up to be notified as soon as it’s available. You’ll receive an automated email as soon as more stock becomes available.

CAN I USE A PROMO CODE ON ITEMS MARKED DOWN (WITH WAS AND NOW PRICE)?

Promo codes are not redeemable on items on the site that have been marked down from their original price.

Promo codes also cannot be used in combination with other codes, or with Stack loyalty points.

MY PROMO CODE DOESN’T WORK, WHAT DO I DO?

During our official Black Friday promotion from Tuesday 22nd November until 7.59am GMT Tuesday 29th November, promo codes are not redeemable on items with prices that are already marked down from their original price.

Promo codes will be redeemable again from 8.01am GMT Tuesday 29th November.

CAN I USE MY STACK REWARD POINTS WITH A PROMO CODE?

No, unfortunately your Stack reward points can’t be used in conjunction with a promo code.

CAN I USE A PROMO CODE TO PURCHASE A EGIFT CARD?

Promo codes cannot be applied to purchase an e-Gift Card.

However, you are able to redeem a promo code on an order when using an existing E-Gift Card.

THE SITE IS REALLY SLOW, I CAN’T PLACE MY ORDER.

If you are experiencing slow site speeds or pages not loading, please do not refresh the page as this is likely to slow it down even more. It’s best to close your browser window, wait a few minutes, and try to load the site again.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS I’VE BOUGHT DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY EVENT?

Yes – orders placed between 23rd November – 31st December are eligible for refund until 31st January.
