ONLINE ORDERS

Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before dispatch of goods.
Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form.
Goods supplied by Missoma to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.


All Missoma items have a warranty of 1 year. Unfortunately, our 1 year warranty does not cover the loss or theft of any pieces. We would advise you to contact your insurance/ home insurance to make a claim with them directly. We are happy to provide any proof of purchase information that you may need, to request this information please Contact Us.

TELEPHONE ORDERS

Orders can be placed over the telephone by calling the customer service team on +44 (0)20 3176 6822. Card details will be processed using our online secure Shopify Payments process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION BY YOU:

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders.
You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Return Section.

CANCELLATION BY US:
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will recredit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within five working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS

COMPLAINTS

If you find that you are not satisfied with any product or service please Contact Us. You will receive a response within 7 working days. We will endeavor to resolve any complaint within a further 14 working days.

MISTAKES IN INVOICES, RECEIPTS OR PAYMENTS

Any mistakes in invoices, receipts or payments will be rectified as soon as possible, and at the latest within 5 working days of agreeing to do so.

CLAIMS

Claims can only be made through our Missoma Customer Service department here. Any claims made before prior communication with the Missoma Customer Service department will not be considered.
All goods must be counted and checked at the time of delivery. Any damage or faults must be reported on receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Any claim in respect of the above should be made by contacting us within 48hrs of delivery.
No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.
No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer.
No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer of any goods supplied by Missoma.

PRICES

Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and the availability of the goods, and will be invoiced at prices set out in our website at the time of purchase.
All of our prices are listed in Pounds Sterling and you will be invoiced in Pounds Sterling.
If you are purchasing goods from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit card.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

From time to time, Missoma will offer promotional codes at points of sale (either directly or via third parties).
Missoma have the right to further reduce their products and are unable to refund the difference to customers.

Please note that the below terms apply:

  1. This offer can only be redeemed against any order on www.missoma.com.
  2. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts.
  3. The promotional code can only be applied to full price items on the site.
  4. This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
  5. This promotion is only available at www.missoma.com and is not valid in any Missoma stockists.
  6. Missoma reserves the right to (i) cancel this offer at any time (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in the offer (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all customers.)
  7. Refunds will take into account the discount.
  8. Offer does not include delivery charges or gift wrap.
  9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.

VAT FREE SALES

Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. VAT (20%)
The VAT element will automatically be deducted from the original price, when a non-EC country is selected.
Please note you will be liable for import duties in the usual way and your local customs office should be able to help you with this.

ENGRAVED PRODUCTS

Certain Missoma products can be engraved. All Missoma engravable products will be engraved at no extra cost.
Please note, engraved items are non-returnable / non-refundable (unless faulty).

Please note that any offensive or hateful drawing, writing or text will not be engraved and your order will be refunded. This is at the discretion of the company.
Please kindly note that due to copyright restrictions we are unable to engrave any pieces using official Emojis.

QUALITY: The engraving will show up on silver and gold vermeil items.
DELIVERY: Any items purchased for engraving will be dispatched within seven working days of the order being placed (excluding weekends).
RETURNS: All engraved products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.

MONOGRAMMED PRODUCTS

Certain Missoma Travel Cases can be monogrammed. All Missoma monogrammed products will be processed at no extra cost.
Please note, monogrammed items are non-returnable / non-refundable (unless faulty).

Please note that any offensive or hateful drawing, writing or text will not be engraved and your order will be refunded. This is at the discretion of the company.
Please kindly note that due to copyright restrictions we are unable to engrave any pieces using Apple’s official Emoji’s.

QUALITY: Monogramming is available in gold, silver and blank embossing.
DELIVERY: Any items purchased for monogramming will be dispatched within seven working days of the order being placed (excluding weekends).
RETURNS: All monogrammed products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.

E-GIFT CARD

e-Gift Card T&Cs:

You may purchase Missoma e-Gift Cards (digital gift cards) that are redeemable as a form of payment against orders only on www.uk.missoma.com (United Kingdom).
Please note that the below terms apply:

  1. e-Gift Card may only be redeemed against products purchased in the same currency as thee-Gift Card at uk.missoma.com and is not valid at any third party Missoma stockists. The United Kingdom store accepts the following currency: GBP£.
  2. e-Gift Card has a minimum activation amount of £10 and a maximum amount of £200.e-Gift Card can be purchased for a pre-set balance and cannot be customisable, subject to condition 20.
  3. e-Gift Card can be used more than once, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card. Once the balance is spent, e-Gift Card cannot be reloaded. A balance enquiry is available by accessing a link sent to the purchaser of the e-Gift Card or by contacting our Customer Service  Balances will be shown in United Kingdom Sterling (GBP£).
  4. More than one e-Gift Card may be used towards a purchase simply by entering all e-Gift Card codes during Checkout.
  5. e-Gift Card cannot be used to buy another e-Gift Card and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. Promotional codes cannot be applied to the purchase of the e-Gift Card.
  7. e-Gift Card can be used as payment in conjunction with a promotional code.
  8. e-Gift Card balance can be applied to the final order total in Checkout, which includes shipping and taxes.
  9. Purchase of the e-Gift Card does not incur tax as the e-Gift Card is considered a form of payment. When paying for an order using an e-Gift Card, tax is charged for the order.
  10. e-Gift Card balance cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
  11. e-Gift Card may be used in conjunction with a creditor debit card to complete payment on an order, where the order value is higher than the balance of the e-Gift Card.
  12. The balance will be refunded back to an e-Gift Card on any order that was purchased using the e-Gift Card only (not in conjunction with any other payment methods), and is subsequently returned.
  13. If an order was placed using an e-Gift Card in conjunction with a credit card, and subsequently returned, the total refunded amount will be added back to the e-Gift Card balance, with the remaining amount refunded back to the credit card. Please note we are only able to accept returns on items – including earrings- if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging. We are also unable to accept returns on engraved items, unless they were received faulty and a refund is requested.
  14. Purchases made using e-Gift card in foreign currencies are calculated by multiplying the base store price (United Kingdom sterling at uk.missoma.com) by the currency conversion rate at time of purchase and adding a conversion fee of 1.75%. If an e-Gift card is returned for refund, or an order placed using e-Gift Card (subject always to condition 14) is returned, the refund will be calculated using the currency rate at the time of refund, not the rate at time of purchase or redemption. Missoma accepts no liability whatsoever arising from fluctuating currency exchange rates and there will be no recovery of any loss so arising.
  15. e-Gift Card ordered through our Website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address specified at the time of order.
  16. e-Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, after which any remaining balance will be cancelled and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use.
  17. Missoma is not responsible if an e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.An e-Gift Card should be treated as cash.
  18. When ordering an e-Gift Card, the recipient’s email address must be entered correctly by the customer. Missoma cannot be held responsible if the email address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the e-Gift Card.
  19. When you order an e-Gift card online, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which the order is placed, provided that none of the balance on the e-Gift card has been spent. Please contact our Customer Service team if you wish to cancel your order.
  20. Missoma reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, including the cancellation of the card if, at Missoma’s discretion, it reasonably deems such action to be necessary.
  21. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of a dispute.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You are entitled to return items bought on Missoma.com, within 60 days of the date of delivery and receive a full refund.
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, due to the current global situation this time frame may be extended to 30 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refundable.
Please note, unfortunately Northern Ireland is excluded from free UK returns.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

Decisions take time – and we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind.
However, please note there are a couple of rules. We are only able to accept returns on items - including earrings - if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging within 30 days.
We are unable to accept returns on engraved items - unless they were received faulty - as we’ve customised these pieces especially for you.


OVERSEAS RETURNS:

Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments returned from outside the EU.
 
EXCHANGES:

We are unable to offer exchanges unless the item ordered is faulty or a different size is needed (rings only). Please note if the exchange is returned for a second time, it will be refunded. Please Contact Us for more details.
If you would like to exchange any other item you will need to return the original order for a refund, and place a new order. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned orders that have not followed the process above.

Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.
Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at Missoma’s discretion.

Entry and eligibility

1.Entries must be received between the Entry Open Date and the Entry Closing Date and both entrants and their chosen friends must be aged 18 or over.
There is no charge for Entry. Entrants may receive an email confirming their entry to the prize draw.

  1. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. The prize draw is available to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland only.
    Promoter is not responsible for arrangement of payment of travel expenses incurred in attending the event as a winner.

  2. Promoter’s employees, their immediate family or any third party directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

  3. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be valid. Proof of complying with the How to Enter Requirements will not be accepted as proof of receipt or entry.

Prize fulfilment and disqualification

  1. Prizes are as stated, they are not transferable and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes. Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the selected prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

    8. A winner forfeits their prize and Promoter reserves the right to select at random alternative winner if:

(a) within 48 hours of being notified by Promoter, a winner does not respond or does not provide their full name and relevant details (if applicable, details for the prize to be awarded or; (b) if a prize is rejected or; (c) if an entry is invalid or an entrant is disqualified or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Activity relating to the prize draw

  1. In entering the prize draw, all entrants and winners agree to participate in any promotional activity relating to the prize draw, which may include entry content, voice, image and name for publicity purposes (in any media, print or online, including any websites, social media sites or third party retailer websites) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material (whether or not related to the prize draw) free of charge without additional compensation or prior notice.
    Promoter may modify any entry content to fit in context with the relevant usage, whilst maintaining its original sentiment.

Personal Information

  1. All personal details and/or information given either in the entry process or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading.

SALE

Missoma have the right to set the price of their goods – in no circumstances will a reduction in price after your purchase entitle you to a refund.
Please also note that if a promotional or sale discount was applied to your order, then the same discount will be applied if you require a return or exchange (please see above for details of our returns and exchange policy). This means that you will only be refunded the amount that you originally paid for your order.

QUALITY

All goods sold by Missoma meet statutory requirements. However, Missoma cannot accept responsibility where goods supplied are subject to further processing or repackaging by the customer.
Please note that all items are handcrafted from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from the image shown, in particular natural gemstones which can have slight inclusions. There may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
Every effort has been made to illustrate colours accurately but this is not always possible with digital reproduction on different web browsing platforms. Hence, there can be no guarantee that the true colour of the jewellery will be exactly as shown.

All credit /debit card and Apple Pay payments on Missoma.com are processed via Shopify Payments. Amazon Pay and Paypal are processed via their own Shopify integrations. Missoma assumes no liability whatsoever for the availability and functionality of this service. Shopify Payments complies with the Electronic Commerce Directive. AGREEMENT

LIABILITY

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within seven working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail or telephone of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within seven working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our obligation to you will be either:

To make good any shortage or non-delivery; or
To replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or
To refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as stated above.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or Royal Mail.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any personal injury resulting from our negligence.
