Did you know, that 40% of the day is made up of habits? And there we were thinking each day held unique promise. We took a poll in the office, and - not surprisingly - most of ours involved jewellery.

WAKEY WAKEY

 

Jewellery should be the last thing you put on in the morning, and the first thing you take off in the evening - avoiding any creams or chemicals that could tarnish. Adding a ring here and a chain there is our favourite ritual before heading out the door - think of it as your armour for the day.

We love gemstones and whether you believe in their properties or not, the ritual of wearing them soothes us. Plus playing with your jewellery throughout the day is believed to bring comfort - weird, but true.
